75D T400 Water Repellent Outdoor Two-tone Look Fabric Breathable Lamination For Skiing And Sports Wear

1 . Descriptions:

The fabric is 100%P water repellent outdoor fabric. Its yarn count is 75D+40D*75D+40D . It is one kind of two-tone fabric . We finish it with P/D and W/R and TPU lamination . So it is waterproof and breathable .The fabric is commonly used in skiing wear and sports wear .

According to your requirments , we can do many processes of finishing to get different functions, just like coated , lamination ,bonding or etc.

2 . Specifications:

A very thin membrane is affixed to the back of the fabric and placed on the fabric in an interlayer manner.

The feature of this membrane is that there are 1.4 billion holes per square inch, the size of each hole only one over twenty thousand water droplets, but 700 times larger than the water vapor molecules, so it makes that only water vapor can pass through and not water points. The effect of waterproof can be up to 45000 mm , and the water pressure can be higher of 13500 g/m2/24 HRS. As the result this fabric have excellent waterproof and breathable functions.

The main functions of waterproof breathable fabric are: waterproof, moisture permeable, breathable, insulating, windproof and warm. In terms of production technology, the technical requirements of waterproof breathable fabric are much higher than that of ordinary waterproof fabric.

At the same time, from the quality, waterproof breathable fabrics also have functional characteristics that other waterproof fabrics not have. Waterproof breathable fabrics strengthen fabric tightness and water tightness , at the same time , its unique water vapor permeability, can make the internal water vapor flowing rapidly. This feature can avoid breeding mold and maintain the body dry all the time. This solves the problem between breathable and windproof, waterproof, heat preservation perfectly .
