Our fabric has a horizontal strip pattern and using weaving
technology, makes it elastic even though it does not contain
spandex. The fabric's own characteristics make it a two-tone
effect, bright and moving. And we put a breathable white membrane
on the reverse side of the fabric, which can play a good role in
waterproofing and cold protection, but it does not hinder the water
vapor from being discharged from the inside. Outdoor clothing made

3 . About Stretch Fabric :
Stretch fabrics, outdoor sports fabrics: good stretch fabrics
continue to promote the convenience of outdoor activities, fast and
effective protection of muscles in the strength of stretching, the
fabric's elasticity makes the clothing and movement rhythm keep
pace, on the basis of protecting the body surface , to give greater
play to the ability of human beings to break through the limits.
As far as I know, there are probably a few stretch fabrics.
1. Polyester coated spandex yarn, the most common. The rebound is
good, but the price is expensive.
2. For T400 and PTT types, there are many woven fabrics.
3. Ordinary DTY fiber is used for process adjustment, and the
elastic force is about 22-25% elongation. The most cost-effective.
4. There are some so-called high-elastic yarns, polyester-like,
with a spring force of more than 30%.
And ours is the second one. We call it mechanical stretch fabrics.
4 . Advantages:
Stretch fabrics with spandex have some shortcomings. First, the
color fastness of spandex is not enough. Second, the cost of dyeing
the spandex is high. Third, the spandex in the grey cloth cannot be
placed for a long time. And our mechanical elastic fabric, in terms
of its color fastness, elasticity, and storage time, is superior to
the elastic fabric with spandex on the market.
The fabric has excellent elasticity, good color fastness, softness,
breathability, and does not have a sense of restraint when it is
close to the skin. The fabric elastic fiber is prone to defects
such as bulging, loss of elasticity, breakage of elastic yarn, and
the fabric also has good flexibility and reduction. Sex, the
garments are washable and durable, not wrinkled, comfortable and
smooth.
