3 .About Two-tone Look Fabric:

After using semi-dull POY (POY), cationic dyeable polyester (CDP) POY as the starting material, were treated with S-twist, Z-twist false twisting, a network using non-uniform air entangling to produce the change in length of the pitch, Get a different two-tone effect.

The tensile speed is 500~600 m/min, the deformation hot box temperature is 160~170 °C, the shaped hot box temperature is 155~165 °C, the stretching ratio is 1.66~1.68, the D/Y ratio is 1.70~1.75, and the network nozzle aperture is 1.4 mm. Under the production process of pressure of 0.19 MPa, the 138 dtex/120 f cation-polyester composite yarn produced has a breaking strength of 3.78 cN/dtex and an elongation at break of 20.0%. The product has a unique style and the fabric is dyed brightly, which caters to the pursuit of consumers. Fashion, new and different new consumption concepts. The reasonable combination of network nozzle and network pressure is the key to the formation of the Yang-poly composite yarn style.

4 . Main Factor of Two-tone Look Fabric:

The aperture size of the network nozzle and the network pressure are the main factors affecting the network degree. The difference of the network degree directly determines the change of the dyeing style of the fabric. If the degree of network is too small, when dyeing with cationic dyes, the strips of dyed fabrics in the fabric cations will increase, and the white parts which are not dyeable by conventional polyester will also increase in strip shape, and the stereoscopic layer will be poor; if the degree of network is too much, the fabric will be dyed. Both the cationic color block and the conventional polyester white portion become smaller, even in a point-like distribution, and the stereoscopic layer effect is poor. After repeated tests, it is shown that the network nozzle with a diameter of 1.4 mm and the network pressure of 0.19 MPa can reflect the stereo style of the product.
