1 . Descriptions:

This oxford fabric is 100% recycled from plastic bottles from the sea . Its yarn count is 200D*200D. It is about 118 gsm and the width is about 145cm. In weacing, we produce it in ripstop style, and its size is 0.4cm. This fabric has the same function of the regular oxford fabric. And after dyeing , we do PU coating finishing . So this fabric is watweproof and has good tear strength. Also this recycled oxford fabric is durable and environmental friendly.

This fabric has very widely usages. It is suitable to producing tents, backpacks, baby stroller , suitcase and etc. Also ,we can do other finishing if you want to obtain its functions , just like PVC ,bonding or others.

3 .About the Usages of RPET Oxford Fabric:

RPET fabrics is a new type of Recycled fabrics, the full name is Recycled PET Fabric (Recycled polyester fabrics), their raw materials is from Recycled plastic bottles after the product checking ,separation ,section , reel off raw silk from cocoons, cooling and RPET yarn, and it is commonly known as coke bottle green cloth.

As a recycled material, so it is eco friendly. But it is now widely used in producing garments and backpacks. Just for this 0.4CM ripstop recycled polyester oxford fabric, you can use this in producing tents, backpacks, baby stroller , suitcase and etc. For our PU coating process , it is be finished with waterproof and durable .
