1 . Descriptions:

Oxford fabric is widely used in our daily life. Like our backpacks, bags, tents, shoes,car hood and etc. This oxford fabric is 100% recycled from plastic bottles from the sea . Its yarn count is 200D*200D. It is about 116 gsm and the width is about 57/58''. We produce this recycled oxford fabric in 0.4 diamond lattice jacquard style. So it has unique and high level look .This fabric has the same function of the regular oxford fabric. And after dyeing process , we do PU coating finishing . So this fabric is watweproof and has good tear strength. Also this recycled oxford fabric is durable and environmental friendly.

This fabric has very widely usages. It is suitable to producing car hood, backpack, shopping bag and etc. Also ,we can do other finishing if you want to obtain its functions , just like PVC ,bonding or others.

3 . About the Usages of RPET Oxford Fabric:

RPET fabrics is a new type of Recycled fabrics, the full name is Recycled PET Fabric (Recycled polyester fabrics), their raw materials is from Recycled plastic bottles after the product checking ,separation ,section , reel off raw silk from cocoons, cooling and RPET yarn, and it is commonly known as coke bottle green cloth.

As a recycled material, so it is eco friendly. But it is now widely used in producing garments and backpacks. Just for this 200D 100% recycled polyester 0.4 diamond latttice jacquard oxford fabric, you can use this in producing tents, backpacks, shopping bag , car hood and etc. For our different finishing processes,(like PU coating, PVC, bonding and etc), it can be finished with waterproof and durable . And for this oxford fabric, it has good performance in color fastness and tear strenght.
